My rates are very reasonable and I do not appreciate attempts to negotiate a lower rate.

Hosting

If I am visiting your home please remember it is in the best interests of both of us that there are clean sheets, no mess or garbage, dogs are out of the house and there is a clean towel available. If I am uncomfortable in the environment, then I won't be able to relax and neither of us will enjoy the experience.

Tardiness

While I will do my best to accommodate your preferred time, please be aware that my scheduling system is arranged with both my convenience and your discretion in mind.

If you have booked an incall appointment and you arrive for your booking late, you are compromising the privacy of the next appointment and your booking may be cancelled as a result.

With this in mind, please allow sufficent travel time. If you believe you are running late, please call and find out if your appointment can still be accommodated.
